Before placing an order, please read the general terms and conditions of sale.

"the customer" and accepting the General Conditions of Sale.




The Little Wilds site designated as the seller offers fabric creations for children and adults. All the creations presented are the property of the designer The Little Wilds and any counterfeiting or reproduction is liable to legal action.
Any use or reproduction without authorization of the texts, photos and articles present on this site are strictly prohibited (art.4.335-3).



The mere fact of placing an order on the site implies the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

The order can only be considered firm and final once it has been fully paid for.
The general conditions of sale are concluded with the customer for the duration necessary for the execution of the order, until the delivery date initially planned.




In the case of items sold on the internet with or without a manufacturing deadline, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days from the delivery of the order.  

The product must be returned in perfect new condition and in its original packaging.


Any return is the responsibility of the customer, it must be made with a mandatory colissimo tracking number.

The refund of the order will be made via the payment method used when ordering.


In case of defective product or order error, a return label will be sent to you by email following your complaint, this label is valid for 7 working days. If the deposit deadline is exceeded, the return will be the responsibility of the customer.


If the product is damaged, no refund will be made. It is your duty to return the product in secure packaging so that it is spared during transport.


In case of return of an unclaimed parcel, the return of this one is at your expense.


The descriptions whether they concern the products or the marking techniques: color and characteristics are indicative and may differ from the final product.
The Little Wilds undertakes to ensure that this is acceptable to the customer.




The Little Wilds undertakes to honor orders received within the limits of available stocks. 

In the case of a product out of stock, The Little Wilds will notify the customer as soon as possible in order to offer him a new delivery time, a substitute product or a refund.

The Little Wilds cannot be held liable for the non-execution of the order in the event of force majeure such as flood, fire, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport, and in the event of manifest error. .




Prices are in euros
The sale prices displayed are the net prices excluding shipping costs.
The total cost to be paid indicated in the order confirmation is the net price including shipping costs.




Customer information is the sole responsibility of the latter.
The Little Wilds cannot be held responsible for any errors in the entry of personal data.




Payment on The Little Wilds site is completely secure thanks to the online payment system of our banking partners:

Delivery by carrier in a tracked package  via Colissimo / post. 

The Little Wilds disclaims all liability in the event of loss, theft or damage to the carrier.

In the event of loss, theft, or disappearance of the package, a complaint must be opened by the customer with the post office at 3631 or 0972721213 or via the website.

Any package noted delivered to the mailbox and reported missing will have to be the subject of a complaint for theft.

This filing of a complaint is mandatory to claim the absence of the package and compensation for it from the La Poste group.

Given the rare and unavailable nature of certain products and in order to raise any doubt about the veracity of the loss or theft, it is the customer's responsibility to justify the real absence of the package by filing a complaint and a claim with the carrier.

If the package was sent with the option of hand delivery (colissimo relay pickup or signature), a simple complaint must be opened with the post office by both parties.

The customer service of the post office processes the complaint within 21 days, the final decision will be taken after the expiry of this period and response from them. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on their complaint.




The items are either manufactured within a month or available immediately, the mention is specified on each product sheet.


Shipments are made several times a week via Colissimo.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, as well as an email from the post office which gives you access to the follow-up of your order.

In the case of an imperative delivery date, it is up to the customer to take the necessary precautions and to check the deadlines indicated on our site, the customer can also contact us to assess the feasibility of meeting the deadline.

The Little Wilds can not be held responsible in the event of delivery deemed late by the customer, if the shipment has been made within the scheduled time. Please take these precautions before placing an order on the website.




Invoices are published automatically by the site, subject to input errors on the part of  from  customer.




The Little's general conditions of sale  Wilde will be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
